In USA
OXIO® provides a 1-year Limited Warranty for product that is free from
defects in material and workmanship from original purchase date. This
warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and
does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to accident,
misuse, improper care or negligence. If OXIO determines the damage
to be a covered defect, the product will be fixed or replaced at Dot Red
New York's discretion. Return product with proof of purchase at your
