We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Every product we ship is factory-sealed and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Return Policy and Conditions
Our return policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item/s within 30 days from the date of receipt and we will be glad to issue a credit for the price of the item/s or make an exchange.
Note: If you purchse OXIO product(s) from our retailers, please contact them for exchange or return.

At oxiostyle.com, we are here to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. As long as you meet the terms and conditions that are stated in our return policy you will be able to make an exchange or get return credit.

All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by us within 30 days from the date product was received by customer. Once an authorized return is made, a return credit or an exchange will be provided.

We will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective within thirty (30) days from the date it was received by customer. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Please refer to our Warranty policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Authorized returns must be 100 percent complete, and contain all original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all accessories, all promotional items that were included with the shipment, and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

No credit for returns shipped improperly or missing parts, etc. Credit will not be given since unit/s cannot be sold as new when these items are missing.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; oxiostyle.com will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s) only.

Credit will be issued less a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges. Such a credit will only be issued if the item is shipped back not more than thirty (30) days after it had originally been received by the customer.

Overseas customers are responsible for all custom release charges and express shipping charges relating to returns.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as Federal Express or UPS.

Please note that if the box is opened or the box is marked with writing other than the shipping label, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee to help offset our loss on the devalued goods.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of the merchandise.

oxiostyle.com, will issue a refund (a credit to a customer’s credit card account, if that was the method by which the order was originally paid) once the items are received and inspected. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL products claimed to be defective that are returned to oxiostyle.com, and that test out in working condition will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. Additionally, any charges incurred by oxiostyle.com as a result will be transferred to the customer. PLEASE CALL US FOR THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED PRIOR TO RETURNING PRODUCTS.

We reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to the customer or to prorate the credit. A RMA is valid for 10 days.

To process your order, we require you supply us with your correct billing, shipping and contact information.

The transfer of this information is secure and cannot be received or read by others.

Your information is only shared when necessary to complete your order (i.e., your credit card and billing information is shared with our bank for authorization and your delivery address is shared with our shipper).

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. If we cannot obtain a “clean” authorization (where both the name and address information match exactly with the information held by the issuing bank) from the issuing bank due to an incorrect address on the first try, we may try again once we have been advised of address correction/s by the customer. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. This is for your security. This procedure will not affect your billing information. Our policy protects you, the consumer against credit card fraud, and only takes a moment of your time.

We will only accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the U.S. with verifiable references. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes. We use the latest encryption technology to ensure the security of your credit card information.

Please note: it is the customer's responsibility to follow our credit card policy regarding shipping addresses. By not following these procedures your order will be delayed in shipping.

Checks & Money Orders
We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks. Please note that we cannot ship your products until payment is received and verified. Product availability may be affected by this delay. Orders paid by check or money order will be released to our warehouse after payment has cleared the bank. Normal waiting period for check clearance is about 4 to 7 business days.
